Rosie Kenyon
Director
Rosie directs the overall strategy of Striide and works with the team to deliver valuable support for businesses. Rosie is also the Managing Director of a marketing agency (Kenyons) and the combination of these roles gives her wide-ranging experience relevant to team culture and wellbeing. Rosie has led stakeholder management projects for clients such as Clatterbridge Cancer Centre, University of Chester and Liverpool Health Partners; has created internal communications and employer brand campaigns; and has delivered professional events for Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, Merseyside Youth Association and Professional Liverpool as well as multiple small and large-scale events for Striide and the member network. Rosie also holds an MBA; is part of the Everyman and Playhouse development steering group; is a Trustee of local charity (supporting international projects), Be One; is a qualified personal trainer; and has a good understanding of the Liverpool City Region business landscape.
James Webster
Operations Manager
James has been engaging with LCR business stakeholders for a number of years, from his 12 years in the health and fitness industry to more recently with Striide. He has delivered a range of events, activities and initiatives across multiple topics including health and wellbeing, business support, networking and professional development. James' experience delivering health focused events and support means he is able to provide adaptable services and initiatives specific to the needs of each stakeholder.
Kat Jackon
Brand and Strategy Manager
Kat has worked for a variety of LCR high growth businesses developing strategy before moving to Striide as our Brand and Strategy manager. She has a thorough knowledge of the LCR business landscape and its businesses and their challenges. Kat also excels in project, stakeholder and relationship management having worked with a variety of clients including Growth Platform and the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority. Kat’s design background helps her to create detailed, thorough, and easy to digest reports having presented data, research, and feedback throughout her career. Kat also volunteers as a Non-Exec Director for the Baltic Triangle CIC and previously as a mentor for The Girls Network.
Pierce Hill-Worrall
Events Coordinator
Pierce joins us on an internship as part of the LCR Graduates programme. Having recently graduated from a Sports and Business degree, and with a love for business and wellbeing, Pierce assists with event management, partnerships and project management.
