Learning and Insight

Striide uses a data-driven approach  to develop wellbeing experiences for good business.

We use relevant research data and insight to inform the development of the range of services we offer - to support businesses and teams to become happier and healthier, to the benefit of their careers and the businesses they work for.

Whilst our new culture and wellbeing platform is on the way, in the meantime, we're developing a library of resources that are easy to read, with different formats available.

These resources are focused around the factors that contribute to organisational culture and wellbeing, covering staff cohesion, satisfaction and ESG, to help reduce staff turnover, improve community impact, and drive business performance.

This includes looking at physical and mental health; neurodiversity; equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), carbon literacy, and topical cultural issues.

Whether you'd like to access articles, videos, podcasts or webinars, there will be something for everyone, and if you can't find a topic that you're looking for, let us know so we can create some bespoke learning materials for you and your team.

Business Wellbeing -

What does the data tell us?

We have recently completed a period of consultations with different businesses across the North, to find out more about the current state of business wellbeing support, how people feel and to highlight any gaps in the current service offering.

We sat down with companies of different shapes, sizes and industries, and gained valuable insight into their culture, processes and how they currently support their teams.

To have a look at the key data points and insight that we gathered you can download the following infographic.
