Ready, Set, Striide - Self Defence

Join Striide members, Bruntwood customers and the wider Liverpool business community for the second in our new networking event series Ready, Set, Striide - a line up of fun and informal positive impact events.

The event series focuses on providing the opportunity to try new sports and activities, enjoy post-event refreshments, and meet likeminded individuals from the purpose driven business community.

After a successful launch in May with touch dodgeball, we're back with another active networking event. This time the focus is on self defence and ways you can successfully defend yourself should the occasion arise.

Lead by Nic Santangeli from Elev8 Performance gym who is an experienced martial arts instructor and S&C coach, the session is for all abilities and will give everyone an introduction into different self defence techniques, as well as some general tips and awareness on how to stay safe.
